Field Survey

We have developed an expertise in conducting Field Survey exercise over a period of time. The field surveys help us in understanding the clusters environment, resources available, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the clusters. Rigorous exploration of the clusters and intensive Interaction with cluster leaders has helped us understand these clusters thoroughly. It requires knowledge base and intellectual input to carry out field survey and have holistic picture of the cluster. The tools used by us for Field Survey are mainly questionnaire, interview, case study and Focus Group Discussion. We have been involved in conducting researches not only for grass root level but also for CEO level.
