RAJVEER SINGH : An economist and management professional with specialization in local industrial development, sub-sector-Cluster based industrial development, and Local Economic Policy. Awarded M.Phil in Industrial Economics from the JNU, New Delhi, India. Served with Nation'al, international organization and developmental institutions. Served as key team member in the cluster development programme of UNIOO also appointed as INTERNATIONAL EXPERT on cluster based industrial development for.

Cambodia Served as Technical Advisor in Gujarat and MP for Cluster based development of MSMEs in these states. Institution building initiatives to ensure Industrial Development and integrated/ competent BDS across India. Designed a scalable programme based on the theme ICT for SMEs as PROJECT Vikas for Microsoft to improve their outreach to MSMEs in India in 2005-06. Currently (2006-11) programme is running in 10 MSME clusters all over India. Served as a MEMBER (Working Group), in DST, Gol, under different committees for technology adoption among entrepreneurs.

S. S. SANKARAMOORTHI : S. S. Sankaramoorthi is an Associate Member of the ICWA with PGD in Management and Financial Management. After two decades of industrial experience both in Private and Public Sector undertakings in various capacities, he joined UNIDO for their Cluster Development Programme and was the key resource person for the development of Cotton Knitwear Cluster, Tirupur and Jean Manufacturing Cluster, Bellary.
