To enhance the competitiveness of a cluster , in depth practical knowledge of it’s strengths and weaknesses is of prime concern.

It is estimated that there are approximately 400 industrial and 3000 rural clusters in India. To evolve the clusters dynamically analysis of its prospects and constraints is extremely important.

To understand the cluster and it’s insights a diagnostic study is conducted , we have already conducted it for more than 25 clusters, which is a detailed report that takes into consideration all the determinant factors pertaining to the profile of the firms.

All the core areas of Value chain such as, HR development, Inventory management, Production, Design and development are studied thoroughly, thereby outlining the constraints and prospects.
