Skill development and upgradation on regular basis are the major task for Technical and Management institutes. Also skill upgradation is one of the important criteria for development of cluster. We facilitate skill development through trainings and workshops for the cluster stakeholders. We coordinate with these institutions and the cluster so that necessary education could be imparted to the required group of people in the clusters.
These institutes are required to update their own skills on the regular basis to maintain flow of knowledge and information in the cluster. We also help in updating skills of these institutes through sharing information and knowledge about best practices prevailing in the other clusters.
Clusterkraft collaborated with around 40 Technical and Management Institutes in different clusters and facilitated training for capacity building of the cluster.
